Home inspections include the following:
An inspection of your electrical service entrance.
An inspection of your electrical panel.
An inspection of one receptacle, one switch, and one light on each level of your home, to determine the state of the wiring.
A walk-through of the entire home to spot any code violations and any upgrade suggestions.
This process takes approximately one hour to complete.
